The security deposit for both vacation and retreat reservations will be refunded 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or infrastructure. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the deposit was received.
For vacation stays, the maximum capacity is 12 people. For retreats, the maximum capacity is 24 people.
You can book up to a year in advance and at least a month in advance. Last-minute reservations or same-day bookings are not available.
To secure dates and make a reservation, a 30% payment is required via credit card through lilitahouse.com/book. The remaining 70% is to be paid via bank transfer one month before the stay, following the payment instructions sent via email.
Reservation details such as name, surname, and contact phone number can be changed as long as the request is made from the email used to make the reservation.
Pets such as dogs or cats are allowed, provided they do not cause damage to the property or furnishings. In case of damage, the cost of new furniture or repairs will be deducted.
You can enjoy your stay at Lilita House and hold a party as long as the rules of coexistence are respected and the number of attendees does not exceed 20 people. Music must be at a moderate volume until 12:00 am. Events with more guests than allowed are strictly prohibited.
Subletting to third parties for profit or transferring the right of use during the reserved period is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction.
Yes, Lilita House has parking for up to 8 cars within the property, equipped with cameras and alarms to protect both the property and parked vehicles.
